How to complete a course

Learn how to find and complete your assigned training courses.

Steps

Step 1: Find Your Courses

From the Dashboard, look for pending courses in the Requirements section. Or tap Requirements and select the Courses filter.

Step 2: Start the Course

Tap on a pending course to open it. The course content will load in the app.

Step 3: Complete the Course Content

Work through the course materials:
- Watch video modules
- Read text content
- View images and documents

Step 4: Complete Assessments

Some courses include quizzes or assessments. Answer all questions to proceed.

Step 5: Finish the Course

When you've completed all modules and passed any assessments, the course will be marked as Complete. You can view your completion history and download certificates from the course details screen.

Tips

  • You can pause and resume courses at any time
  • Progress is saved automatically
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection for video content
  • To view completed courses, tap on them to see your history and certificates
