How to close / cancel a work order as an administrator

If a contractor forgets to close their work order after completing the required works, an administrator can close or cancel it on their behalf from the Administrator Portal.
  1. Go to the Permit module.
  2. Open the Work Orders tab.
  3. Use the filters on the left-hand side to locate the relevant work order.
  4. Expand the work order using the arrow on the left-hand side.
  5. Select the Pencil icon next to the most recent submission:
    If there are no entries, select the Pencil icon for the entire work order instead.


  6. Choose Cancel or Close Work Order to update the work order’s status:

Please note: A work order with no previous submissions can only be cancelled, not closed.
