How to create a work order as a contractor administrator
- Sign into your MyRapid account at https://my.rapidglobal.com/account/sign-in
- Press the Contracting company administrator / B2B tile within the sign-in options:

- Press the relevant Client Portal tile:

- Dropdown the Company tab on the left-hand side.
- Select the Permit to Work option.
- Press the Create New Work Order button:

- Fill out the relevant fields in the popup.
- Press Save:

Please note: Contractor administrators may not see the Create new work order option in their portal, as this is controlled by the client’s settings. If this option is unavailable, please contact your client representative for guidance on how work orders should be created.
The following fields are mandatory when creating a work order:
- Work Order Number
- Location
- Company Name
- Start Date
- End Date
