How to view Work Order entry details within the Rapid Administrator dashboard

Before you start: 

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to view the Rapid Access Work Order page.

Viewing a work order within the Rapid Administrator dashboard:

  1. Select the “Access” tab:
  2. Go to the “Work order” menu:

  1. Apply specific filters using the menu on the left side of the page. Ensure you select “Search” to apply the filters:

  1. Dropdown the list of entries for a specific work order by selecting the right-pointing arrow to the left of the work order number:

  1. Select the work order number in underlined blue text to view the details of the work order entry:

Additional notes

  • If you are struggling to find a work order, try setting the date range to “All Time”.
