How to change the due finish date for a work order

Before you start: 

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to view and edit the Rapid Access Work Order page.

Changing the due start date for a work order:

  1. Select the “Access” tab:
  2. Go to the “Work order” menu:


  1. Apply specific filters using the menu on the left side of the page. Ensure you select “Search” to apply the filters:


  1. Locate your work order and click the pencil icon in the Action column on the right:


  1. Under the "Due Finish Date" option, click the date box.
  2. Choose the preferred date and time from the date menu:


  1. Scroll down the page and select “Update” to save the change:
