How do I find the audit log for an incident
Audit logs are available for incidents at all stages of the
incident workflow. They are a record of the updates made to an incident from when
it was entered, to when it was closed. The log shows the name of the administrator,
and the date and time stamps of when the changes were made. Changes shown will include the field, the original value and the new value.
- To see changes to the incident report, click the “menu
dots” and choose “View audit logs.”
- There is an "Export" to .xlxs function at the top right of the page.
