Host List Bulk Upload Template
Before uploading, you'll need to prepare your host list in a spreadsheet template (CSV format). To request the
Host List Bulk Upload Template, email our support team at
support@rapidglobal.com.
Fill out columns A to E in the template, and the Bulk Upload Script will automatically generate in column F ready for you to copy.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Mobile numbers — Use the international format (e.g., +614...)
- Contact details — Each host needs either an email address or phone number (both aren't required)
- Column E (Notification type) — This determines how phone notifications are sent:
- M = SMS
- L = Phone Call
Uploading a host list in bulk
- Go to the Access module.
- Press the Host List tab.
- Select your site using the Location dropdown on the left-hand side.
- Press the Bulk Upload button:

- Paste the Bulk Upload Script generated using the template above.
- Press Add New:

Please note: You can remove any existing hosts by ticking the Remove Existing Hosts option in the above screenshot.
