Can I upload a host list in bulk? 

You do have the option to upload a host list in bulk which should save you time compared to manually adding each host. This requires a script from a CSV file.

If you need a template to create this CSV file, Rapid does provide one. You can simply request the “host list bulk upload template” by sending an email to support@rapidglobal.com.

Uploading the host list in bulk using the CSV file script:

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Navigate to the “Host list” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

  3. Click on the “Bulk Upload” button:

  4. In the provided text area, paste the script that you previously generated from the CSV file:

  5. Press the “Add New” button:


    Please note the following when performing a bulk upload:

  • You need to enter any mobile numbers in international format (e.g. +61 4xx xxx xxx)

  • You can remove any existing hosts by ticking the “Remove existing Hosts” option:
