Solutions when document uploads don't complete successfully.
Check Your Internet Connection
Document uploads require a stable connection.
- Switch between WiFi and mobile data
- Move to an area with better signal
- Wait for better connectivity and try again
Check File Format
Make sure your file is a supported format:

Check File Size
If your file is too large:
- Compress images before uploading
- Take a new photo at lower resolution
- Create a smaller PDF if combining multiple images
Fill All Required Fields
Make sure you've entered:
- Expiry date (if required)
- License/certificate number (if required)
- Any other mandatory fields
Try a Different Upload Method
If one method fails, try another:
- Instead of Camera, try Gallery or Files
- Try Create PDF for multiple pages
Restart the App
- Close Rapid Worker completely
- Reopen the app
- Try the upload again
Check Storage Permissions
Make sure Rapid Worker has permission to access your storage:
- Go to device Settings > Apps > Rapid Worker
- Tap Permissions
- Ensure Storage or Files permission is granted
