Document upload failed

Solutions when document uploads don't complete successfully.


Check Your Internet Connection

Document uploads require a stable connection.

  • Switch between WiFi and mobile data
  • Move to an area with better signal
  • Wait for better connectivity and try again

Check File Format

Make sure your file is a supported format:

Supported Not Supported
JPEG/JPG Word documents (.doc, .docx)
PNG Spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx)
PDF Text files (.txt)
HEIC Unsupported image formats

Check File Size

If your file is too large:

  • Compress images before uploading
  • Take a new photo at lower resolution
  • Create a smaller PDF if combining multiple images

Fill All Required Fields

Make sure you've entered:

  • Expiry date (if required)
  • License/certificate number (if required)
  • Any other mandatory fields

Try a Different Upload Method

If one method fails, try another:

  • Instead of Camera, try Gallery or Files
  • Try Create PDF for multiple pages

Restart the App

  1. Close Rapid Worker completely
  2. Reopen the app
  3. Try the upload again

Check Storage Permissions

Make sure Rapid Worker has permission to access your storage:

  1. Go to device Settings > Apps > Rapid Worker
  2. Tap Permissions
  3. Ensure Storage or Files permission is granted
