How to upload a document

Learn how to upload required documents like licenses, certificates, and qualifications.


Supported File Formats

Category Formats
Images JPEG/JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, WebP
Documents PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, XLSX
Audio WAV, MP3
Video MP4, MOV

Note: HEIC (iPhone photos) are automatically converted when uploaded.

Upload Methods

  • Camera - Take a photo directly
  • Gallery - Select an existing photo
  • Files - Choose from your device storage
  • Create PDF - Combine multiple photos into one PDF

Steps

Step 1: Find the Document Requirement

From Dashboard or Requirements, tap on the document you need to upload.

Step 2: Choose Upload Method

Select how you want to upload:

Step 3: Capture or Select Your File

  • Camera: Position the document clearly and tap capture
  • Gallery/Files: Browse and select your file

Step 4: Enter Required Details

Depending on the document type, you may need to enter:
- Expiry Date - When the document expires
- License Number - Your license or certificate number
- Description - Brief description of the document

Step 5: Upload

Tap Upload or Submit. A progress indicator shows the upload status.

Step 6: Await Verification

After upload, your document status will show "Awaiting Verification". Your employer will review and approve it.

Tips

  • Take clear, well-lit photos of documents
  • Make sure all text is readable
  • Include the entire document in the photo
  • Check expiry dates are accurate
