Configuring an administrator as a notification receiver for a site 

Before you start:

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to edit the Main Settings and Notification Settings tab within the Rapid Access Site Info page.

  • Ensure the administrator is in the system and has verified their MyRapid account

Configuring an administrator as a notification receiver for a site:

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

  3. Go to the “Notification Settings” tab:

  4. Press “Add New Notification Receiver”:

  5. In the popup, enter the name of the administrator/s:

  6. Check the box next to the types of notifications you want the administrator/s to receive:

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the popup and press “Save”:
