An inductee who is compliant on the system has had trouble signing in on site

If an inductee is compliant with the client company you will be attending site for but they are still being denied access from the site, please consider the below:

  • Are they entering the correct first name and last name when signing into site?
  • Are they entering the same mobile number that appears on their MyRapid account when signing into site?
