What are the standard Rapid Admin Roles?

Rapid provides a variety of standard Admin Roles to help in assigning appropriate permissions to administrators.


The following details the three available roles, but it's important to mention that you also have the flexibility to create your own roles and tailor them to meet your specific needs.


Rapid Super User

Rapid Super User has the highest level of access, with full viewing and editing permissions to the below:

  • Trainee & company profiles
  • Trainee Requirements
  • Company compliance
  • Courses
  • Administrator management
  • Settings
  • Reports

Rapid Manager

Rapid Manager has general access, with viewing and editing permissions to the below:

  • Trainee & company profiles
  • Company compliance
  • Reports

Viewing access only for:

  • Courses

View Access Only

View Access Only has viewing permissions to the below:

  • Trainee & company profiles
  • Courses
