🔀 How to complete an admin transfer

👨‍💼➡👨‍💼 If an administrator no longer requires access to Rapid, or no longer works for your company, you can perform an Admin Transfer. 

An Admin Transfer will transfer all existing data from the old administrator to a replacement or new administrator. 

To complete this process, please refer to the instructions below. 

Step 1: 

  1. Log in to your MyRapid account using this link: https://my.rapidglobal.com/account/logon
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select 'Login'.
  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select 'Forgot/reset password'

Step 2: 

Sign in as an 'Admin':




Step 3:

Select Rapid Induct:


Step 4: 

Select 'Settings' and 'Admin Home'. Once selected, search for the old administrator and select the 'Admin Transfer' icon:



Step 5: 

Enter the name of the new administrator and select 'Transfer' to action.
