Summary reports explained

Summary email reports can be set up to inform your Administrators about incidents, investigations and actions, by location, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Reports can be created by location and status.


Summary report status options:

Partially Submitted: New incidents started but not submitted within the reporting period. This includes Partially Submitted reports for ALL locations as some not submitted items may not have a location.

New Reports: New incidents submitted within the reporting period.

Reports Awaiting Assignment: All incidents awaiting assignment of the investigation team.

Under Review: All incidents are presently under investigation.

Investigations Awaiting Approval: All incidents currently awaiting approval.

Corrective Actions Outstanding: All outstanding Corrective Actions. Actions that are overdue will be displayed in red.

Corrective Actions Closed: All Corrective actions closed within the reporting period.

Incidents Awaiting Closure: All Incidents where all corrective actions have been completed.

Incidents Closed: All incidents closed within the reporting period.
