How to run a report

There are a number of ways to run reports:

Standard Reports: These are available from the “Reports” page. Select the “Report type”, the “Level or Location” and the “Date range” to “Generate Report.” The report can be “Exported to Excel.”

  1. Note: Admins must be allocated “View reports – global” (top-level admins), or “View reports – local” (secondary level admins), under their “Permissions.”

Dashboard Reports: In the “Incidents” page, search for the specific incidents you require using the Filters. Click the “Export” button at the top right to create a downloadable Excel spreadsheet.

Incident data report: This report is only available to admins with “System settings” access under their “Permissions.” In the “Settings” section, under “Download incident data,” select the Date range, and “Download” the Excel report.

  1. Note: As this is a comprehensive report, a maximum of twelve months data is downloadable per report.

Summary email reports: These are scheduled “Summary reports” that provide an overview of incidents, investigations, and actions by location, generated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. They are managed via the Administrator “Reports” section in “Settings.”
