Why does it not let me complete the incident report?

Why does it not let me complete the incident report?

There are various information sections in an incident report. Different sections may appear depending on the type of incident selected. Certain sections and fields are mandatory, like Incident type and Location. The incident report cannot be progressed or fully submitted unless information is provided for the required sections or fields. Non-mandatory fields are optional.

If you are unable to progress or submit, you will be directed to the mandatory sections which have not been completed. The sections will appear in red.

Complete the relevant details in the red fields and hit “Save and Next.” Once all the mandatory sections are completed the report can be “Submitted.”

Tip: If the report relates to an injury, the “Injured person” must also be the same as one of the “Persons Involved.”
