How to schedule a summary report

Summary email reports can be set up to inform your administrators about incidents, investigations and actions, by location, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Multiple "Summary reports" can be created for different locations, frequencies and statuses.

 

How create regular recurring Summary reports for admins:

Click on the “Settings” page.

Select “Users.”

Search for the admin using the filter options.

Click on the “menu dots” and select the “Edit user profile” option.

Select the “Reports” option in the editing section.

Choose the “Location

Select the “Frequency”: Daily, Weekly or Monthly

Select at least one of the “Reports” options:
  1. Partially Submitted New Reports

  1. Reports Awaiting Assignment

  1. Investigating

  1. Investigations Awaiting Approval

  1. Corrective Actions Outstanding

  1. Corrective Actions Closed

  1. Incidents Awaiting Closure

  1. Incidents Closed

Save” the changes and repeat the steps for additional summary reports.
