How to update the site/location of a contracting company
All contracting companies are assigned a site/location they complete work for. If you wish to change the location the company is assigned to, you have the ability to update detail on their profile.
Updating a company’s location
- Select "Contractor" from the below options:
- Search for the contracting company you wish to update the location for using the “Search” field and click into their profile:
- Once their profile is open, the location they are currently assigned to will be listed under their company name:
- Click on the location field, then update the relevant fields to reflect their new location and select “Save"
- In order to proceed, you will be asked if you wish to move all trainees under the company to the new location. Select “OK” to proceed with the changes:
Once saved, the contracting company and trainees will have the new location listed against their profile.
