How to deactivate a contracting company
If a company no longer engages work with your business, you may wish to deactivate their contracting company profile.
Deactivating a company
- Select "Contractor" from the below options:
- Search for the contracting company you wish to update the location for using the “Search” field and click into their profile:
- Once their profile is open, select the “Deactivate” option on the right side of the page:
- Submit a reason for the deactivation which will be stamped as a note on the company’s profile and click “Confirm”:
The company will now display as “Deactivated” and the company will no longer have access to their registration with your package. You will still have the ability to search for the company on the Contractor Manager dashboard should you need to review their profile.
Please note: If you do not have the “Deactivate” option, this may mean you do not have the relevant client administrator permissions.
