How to reinstate a suspended contracting company
The below steps demonstrate how to reinstate a suspended company. Removing the suspension from the company will allow them to access their Contractor Portal to issue Induction Keys.
Suspension can be reinstated for the company to be deemed compliant once all documents & E-form have been approved.
Reinstating a contracting company
- Select "Contractor" from the below options:
- Use the filters to search for the relevant contracting company, then select their company name:
- Once all mandatory documents have been verified, you will have the opportunity to reinstate the suspended company by selecting the “Reinstate” option:
Please Note: if the “Reinstate” option is not available to you, this may mean that there are other mandatory documents for the company that need to be verified, or you do not have these administrator permissions.
