How to assign additional locations to contracting companies
If you have a contracting company that completes work at more than one location, you have the ability assign additional locations to their profile.
Assigning additional locations
- Select "Contractor" from the below options:
- Search for the contracting company you wish to update the location for using the “Search” field and click into their profile:
- Once their profile is open, their primary location will be listed under their company name. At the bottom right corner of their profile you will see their “Secondary Sites” > select “Click to edit”:
- Search and select the additional sites you wish to add and select “Save”:
Once the additional sites have been added, the company will now display on the Contractor Manager dashboard when filtering by the additional sites.
Please note: If you do not have the option to edit their sites, this may mean you do not have the relevant client administrator permissions.
