How to view the administrator for a contracting company
If a contractor advises they are unable to see your company listed under their “My Client Portals” within Rapid B2B, this may be due to the login they are using to access their account. They may be logged in with the wrong email address/mobile number.
As a client administrator you will be able to review who the responsible contractor administrator is and the email address the registration is linked to.
Viewing the administrator
Select "Contractor" from the below options:
Use the filters to search for the relevant contracting company, then select their company name:
In the bottom left of the “Company Details” page, you can view the administrator details. Please note: the email address the administrator needs to log in with in order to access the registration with your company is “Email” field.
If the email address needs to be changed, please follow the steps to update the contractor administrator to transfer the responsibilities.
