How to transfer an administrator's responsibilities
Transferring an administrator’s responsibilities does not
transfer the administrator’s permissions, only their pending investigations and
actions. This action should only be done when the administrator is being
removed completely, rather than for temporary absences.
To transfer an administrator’s responsibilities:
- Click
on the “Settings” page.
- Select
“Users.”
- Search
for the admin using the filter options.
- Click
on the “menu dots” and select the “Transfer
responsibilities” option.
- Add the
new administrator’s name you wish to transfer to.
- The
pop-up confirmation text will list the quantity and items that were
successfully transferred.
Administrator responsibilities can also be transferred
for deactivated administrators:
- Locate
the admin by selecting “Inactive” in the “Status” filter.
- Click
on the “menu dots” and select the “Transfer
responsibilities” option.
- Add the
new administrator’s name you wish to transfer to.
- The
pop-up confirmation text will list the quantity and items that were
successfully transferred.
