How to see visitors, contractors and other personnel currently onsite
Within the Rapid Access dashboard, you have the ability to review the sign-ins per site allowing you to view personnel who are currently onsite per site. The below instructions will allow you to view visitors, contractors and other personnel who are on site today as well as previously been on site.
Viewing the sign-in Logs
Select the “Access” tab.
Select the site you wish to review the sign-in entries for using the “Location” filter:
This will automatically filter the logs for today’s date. If you wish to review sign-ins for a different time range, please review the “Date Range” field and select the relevant option:
