Exporting an ad hoc report
- Go to the "Audit" tab from the header menu:
- Use the filters on the right-hand side to select the data you want to export:
- Press the "Search" button to apply the filters and save the filtered information:
- For this example, set the filter "Timeframe" to "Next 30 days" and leave other filters blank to show all audits due within the next 30 days:
- Click "Search" to apply the filter:
- Look for the Excel icon at the top right of the dashboard, just below the "Add New Audit Task" button:
- Click the Excel icon. You’ll see two options: "Download Audit Data" or "Download Audit Form Data.":
- If you want to download information from a specific audit form, select "Download Audit Form Data" and choose a form from the drop-down filters:
- Select "Download Audit Data.":
The system will start downloading the report . You can open the report once the download is complete.
