How to email login information to trainees / workers

You can use your contractor portal to email your trainee(s) their login information so that they may complete their pending induction.
Please note that this information is automatically sent to your trainees after their Induction Key is issued. However, should you wish to re-send the information, please see the steps below.

Resending induction key to workers

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":


Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.

  1. Under the "Inductee" tab, select "Inductee Records":

  1. Select the "Unused Induction Keys" tab and select "Email Login Info" against the relevant worker. This will send the trainee a reminder email to complete their pending induction:
