How can I change/edit a trainee's email address?

If an inductee has added their induction key to their MyRapid account, you will no longer be able to update the personal details on their Trainee Details page and the trainee will need to update their personal information within their own MyRapid account.

However, if there induction key is not used, you will be able to amend any personal details by following the steps provided below.

Changing a trainee's email address

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":


Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.

  1. Once logged into the portal, navigate to “Inductee” > “Inductee Records”:

  1. You can now search for the inductee under the “Unused Induction Keys” and select their name:

  1. Click on the current email address and update as required:

  1. To resend the induction, select “Email Login Info”:
