Locating my workers
Getting starting
Viewing your Inductee Records is useful for monitoring your workers' induction status. This allows you to see whether they have finished the necessary courses, uploaded required documents, and view the expiration dates.
Getting signed in
- Visit the MyRapid page to login to your account.
- Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
- Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".
Viewing your Inductee Records
- Sign in to "Contracting company administrator / B2B":
- Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":
Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.
- Once logged into the portal, navigate to “Inductee” > “Inductee Records”:
- You can now search for the inductee you would like to view using the search bar or the compliance status tabs:
- Select the relevant inductee's name to view their records:
