What if my workers do not have their own email addresses?
As a contractor administrator, you can issue all Induction Keys to a generic email address.
The induction emails containing the workers' Induction Keys will then be sent to this address, and you may distribute them as required. For example, you may send the via message applications or provide them verbally.
However, your workers will need to enter their own email address or mobile number when creating their MyRapid account.
What if my workers do not have both an email address and a phone number?
When creating their MyRapid account, your workers will be required to enter contact details.
If they only have an email address or a mobile number but not both, they can simply enter one and leave the other field blank. Only one contact detail is mandatory.
