How to edit a Contractors ABN
If a contracting company undergoes a company change, where their ABN needs to be edited. Admins with the permissions will be able to edit this within Contractor Manager.
Getting signed in
- Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
- Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
- Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".
Changing ABN
1. Once logged in, sign in as "admin".
2. Search and select the relevant company you wish to update.
3. Click on the company details page and select the edit icon alongside the ABN/ Tax ID field
4. Input the new ABN and select "save".
Please note that completing this action will revert the contracting company to "Awaiting Registration" status. This is so the system can collect all new and updated company insurances. All other existing details, such as Eform answers and other company details, will be saved.
