How do I make questions mandatory in an audit form?
In an audit form, questions can be optional or mandatory. If the question is mandatory the audit form cannot be submitted without completing the question. Mandatory questions will be indicated by a “red asterix”.
To set up mandatory questions in an audit form template, please follow the instructions outlined below.
In the audit form template, select either “Add New Field”, or “Edit” to open an existing question.
Select “Required Question” to ON.
Select “Save”.
Mandatory questions will be indicated by a “red asterix”.
