What are my login details?

Existing Users

If you are an existing user, please enter your registered login detail (email address or mobile number).
If your account is registered, you will be prompted to enter your password. Please proceed to enter the password previously created. On the other hand, if you cannot remember your password, select "Forgot/reset password" to create a new one. 

Contractor Administrators

If you are a contractor administrator and have received an email notification that your company requires action (such as updating documents), please enter the email address to which the notification was sent to. As the notification was sent to your email address, this indicates that your email may be linked to the portal. 

New Users

To set up a new MyRapid account, you will be asked to enter an email address or mobile number. You will then be prompted to enter your Induction Key to register your account.

For inductees, this page gives you the opportunity to enter the Induction Key (a unique alphanumeric code beginning with 'PE') you have been issued. Induction Keys are usually sent via email. Once the key and surname are entered, you may proceed to create your MyRapid account.

For client and contracting company administrators, this may indicate that incorrect login details have been entered. From here, you may attempt to enter different details that may be linked to your account.
