Why am I being asked for an induction key?

The system will prompt for an induction key during the login process if the email address or mobile number is not recognised.

For inductees, this page gives you the opportunity to enter the Induction Key (an alphanumeric code beginning with 'PE') you have been issued. Induction Keys are usually sent via email. Once the key and surname are entered, you may proceed to create your MyRapid account.
For client and contracting company administrators, this may indicate that incorrect login details have been entered. From here, you may attempt to enter different details that may be linked to your account.
