How to withdraw your company self-deactivation requests in B2B

You have the option to request the deactivation of your company from your client company’s records. If you have submitted this request in error or wish to withdraw it, please adhere to the steps outlined below.


Withdrawing your pending self-deactivation requests

  1. Once logged into B2B, select “Additional Functions” from the top right-hand corner:


  1. Select the “Pending system actions” option to view which self-deactivation requests are pending:

  1. Use the “Cancel” icon against the pending request(s) to withdraw your self-deactivation request:
