How to view raised issues 

Before you start: 

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to view the Rapid Access action page.

Getting signed in 

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to log in to your account.

  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".

  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".

Viewing the sign-in answers

  1. Sign in as an “Admin”:

  2. Select the “Access” tile:

 

  1. Go to the “Action” menu:

 

  1. Choose what data appears using the filters tab to the left of the screen. Ensure that you press “Search” to apply the filters:

 

  1. Click on the title of the issue in blue text to view its details:
