How to view or print your course certificate

Once you have completed your course(s), you may view, download and/or print your course certificate. To do so, please refer to the instructions below. 

Viewing your course certificate

Getting Signed in

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
  3. ​Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".

Uploading a trainee document

  1. Once you have successfully logged in, select "Trainee / Worker":

  1. Select the relevant Induction Key:

  1. Within the “Courses” tab, select the 📃 certificate icon to view, download and/or print your certificate:
