How to view or print your course certificate
Once you have completed your course(s), you may view, download and/or print your course certificate. To do so, please refer to the instructions below.
Viewing your course certificate
Getting Signed in
- Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
- Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
- Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".
Uploading a trainee document
- Once you have successfully logged in, select "Trainee / Worker":
- Select the relevant Induction Key:
- Within the “Courses” tab, select the 📃 certificate icon to view, download and/or print your certificate:
