How to upload contracting company documents

Contractor administrators have the ability to upload documents within their Contractor Portal. However, if you wish to upload a contracting company’s document on their behalf, please see the below instructions. The below instructions will assist in uploading company level documents such as Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Workcover Registration/Workers Compensations, Company Licences, Professional Indemnity, Personal Injury, SWMS etc.

Uploading documents

  1. Select "Contractor" from the below options:

  2. Use the filters to search for the relevant contracting company, then select their company name:

  3. Select “Documents” from the below icons to view the company’s current document list:

  4. Click on the document name you wish to upload on behalf of the company to open the below “Document Details” screen:

  5. Select the “Upload New Doc” button and “Select files…” to open attach the updated document:

  6. Then click on the current “Expiry Date” and enter the updated date of expiry:

  7. Once completed, the document will be awaiting approval > select “Verify” for the document to be deemed compliant against the company’s profile:
