How to reset your MyRapid password
To reset your MyRapid password in order to access your account, you may follow the steps below:
- Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
- Select "Forgot/reset password":
- Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select “Next”:
- You will receive a 6-digit verification code to your email address / mobile. Once you have received this, enter the code and select “Next”:
- Create a new password as per the stipulated requirements:
- You will then be prompted to log in using your new password.
