How to request a new trainee document

If you would like a new document for inductees to be created, please email our support team at support@rapidglobal.com and provide the below information:

  • Document Name
  • Document Description (optional)
  • Mandatory - Y/N
  • Auto verified - Y/N
  • Hide 'Never Expire' option - Y/N
  • Mandatory License Number - Y/N

We will then assess your request and begin creating the document(s). We will also update you once the document is implemented.
