Deleting documents from a trainee
- Select "Induct" from the below options:
- Locate the trainee by searching their name in the "Trainee Details" field > click on the trainee’s name to open their profile:
- Under the "Documents" tab within their profile, select the name of the document you wish to delete:
- Select the “Delete” option against the document:
- You will be required to enter a reason for deletion which will be logged against the trainee’s profile > then select “Confirm” to proceed with the deletion:
Once the document has been deleted, a note will be stamped against the trainee’s profile to confirm the date/time the document was removed.
