How to edit an open investigation
With a new or incomplete investigation, the incident
will show in “Investigating” status. Some investigations may be ongoing
and need to be updated progressively.
- To edit the open investigation, click on the “menu dots”
and select “investigate.”
- Update the relevant sections.
- Exit to the “Incidents” page and the changes will be
saved.
- Note: you may have to refresh the "Incidents" page to
show any updates to the risk rating on the dashboard.
- If you wish to complete the investigation, select the “submit
investigation” button at the top.
