How to deactivate a Visitor profile

1. Go to Rapid Access > Status.
   
2. Using the filters on the left-hand side, search for the Visitor's entry log.
   
3. Press the name of the Visitor in blue:
   
   
   
4. Press the Deactivate located to the bottom of the popup:
   
   
   
5. Enter the reason for the deactivation.
   
6. Press Confirm:
   

Please note: The Visitor profile will then be deactivated, preventing the user from signing in to this profile.
