How to add a safety alert to display during the sign-in process 

Before you start: 

  • Ensure that you have administrator permissions to view and edit the notification page.

Creating the notification:

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Go to the “Notification” menu:

  3. Press “Create new notification”:

  4. In the popup, enter the safety alert details which include a title, description and any images/files.
    Please note: The "Send To" options correspond to who will see the notification during the sign-in process. The categories are as follows:
    Individual - Specific contractor companies
    Personnel type - Specific personnel types
    Local - Specific sites
    Global - All sites and personnel types

  1. Press “Save”:
