How to add a new trainee
Adding a new trainee / issuing an induction key
- Select "Induct" from the menu on the top of the page:
- Select “Add New Trainee” from the right side of the page:
- Select the trainee group, company name, and the site and proceed to “Create Trainees”:
- You can then enter the first name, last name, and email address of the inductee and select “Send”:
- An induction email preview will appear which you can press “Send” again to send the induction key to your new inductee via email:
