How to I make a new document

Company Documents

If you would like a new document for contractors to be created, please email our support team at support@rapidglobal.com
and provide the below information:
  • Document Name:
  • Document Description (optional):
  • Suspend company when the document expires? (Can be ‘Never' or 'Next Day’ etc):
  • Auto verified? - Y/N
  • Allow 'Never Expire' option? - Y/N
We will then assess your request and begin creating the document(s). We will also update you once the document is implemented. 

Trainee Documents


New trainee documents can be created by administrators with ‘Document Builder’ permissions

Creating trainee documents
  1. Select "Induct" from the below options:

  2. Select “Document Builder”:

  3. Select “Add new documents” and select “Non-Standard Document”:

  4. You can now enter the name of your document, followed by any settings that should be associated and then “Save”:
