✏ How to view/edit Trainee Requirements

👨‍🔧 Trainee Requirements denotes the courses, documents and/or forms required of your trainees. 

Requirements can be set based on your company's compliance requirements and processes. Depending on your stipulations, requirements can be set based on personnel type, site and location/site. 

Please see the instructions below outlining how to view and edit Trainee Requirements for workers.

⚠ Before you Start: 

Please note that we recommend contacting our Client Services Team before changing any Trainee Requirement as these actions can cause wide-spread and irretrievable system changes. 

Step 1: 

  1. Log in to your MyRapid account using this link: https://my.rapidglobal.com/account/logon
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select 'Login'.
  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select 'Forgot/reset password'

Step 2: 

Sign in as an 'Admin':



Step 3:

Select Rapid Induct:


Step 4: 

Select the 'Trainee' tab and then 'Requirements'. 


Step 5: 

On this page, you may 1). Search for existing requirements or 2). Add a new requirement.
