If a contracting company requires their main contractor admin to be updated, this can be changed by following the below steps.
This may be required if the old admin has left, they wish to move the account to their main administrator account or simply want to change who is responsible for the registration.
Changing a contracting company's administrator
Select "Contractor" from the below options:
Use the filters to search for the relevant contracting company, then select their company name:
In the bottom left of the “Company Details” page, click on the current contractor administrator:
Update the “Contact Email Address” and select “Save Changes”
Additional administrators can be added by the contracting company main administrator.
