How to re-induct a trainee / worker

If you have an expired trainee / worker, you may re-induct them by following the below instructions.


Re-inducting trainees / workers

  1. Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":

Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.

  1. Once logged into the portal, navigate to “Inductee” > “Inductee Records”:

  1. Search for the trainee’s name and select the “Reinduct” icon. Alternatively, you may browse various names by selecting “Non-Compliant”:

  1. Enter the trainee's details, and click each of the drop-down menus to select the correct option from the list provided. Click on the “Proceed to Step 2” button:

  1. On the next page, click “Save” to send the Induction Key to the trainee. The trainee will be sent an email with a login link requesting them to complete the induction and attend to any documents or forms:
