How to download your trainee report
Through your contractor portal, there is an option to download a Trainee Report. The report indicates the various statuses of your workers, highlighting outstanding tasks and those who require re-induction.
To download your report, please follow the instructions below.
Generating the report
- Select the relevant client company under "My Client Portals":
Please note: If you cannot see the company listed you may have logged in with the wrong email/mobile. You need to log in with the alternate email/mobile you previously used to register your account.
- Select "Inductee Records" under the "Inductee" tab:
- Select "Download Report" from the top right-hand corner:
Shortly, an Excel spreadsheet will download to your browser. To view the report, open this document.
